just another cloud in the bank

just another cloud in the bank

This body of work incorporates mixed media sculpture, sewing/mending, time- and mold-worn photography and drawing, hand dyed paper, and processes that split control between artist and the path of materials and time.

These works reflect on intergenerational silence, whiteness, erasure, decay, repatterning, and regrowth, even in a fragile medium. Each personal, material exploration attempts to whisper or connect back across generations to ask why compromises were made, hold to account, love, and forgive while never repeating.
